The speed input range of the Advance HCG9060 marine gearbox is 1000–2100 RPM, with engine input power from 1356 kW to 2847.6 kW. The reduction ratio range is 1.356–2.96, the transmission capacity is fixed at 1.356 kW/RPM, and the rotation direction of the input shaft is opposite to the output shaft.
The Advance HCG9060 marine gearbox consists of drive shaft, output coupling, input coupling, oil pressure gauge, oil filter, control system, oil pump and other core components.
The Advance HCG9060 marine gearbox is fitted with an electric control system. To satisfy matching requirements for various engine brands and models, the Advance HCG9060 marine gearbox supports multiple engine flywheel sizes for flexible on-board installation.
All Advance HCG9060 series marine gearboxes are available with CCS classification certificates.
