Advance HCG2050 Marine Gearbox

The speed input range of the Advance HCG2050 marine gearbox is 1200–3800 RPM, with engine input power from 142.1 kW to 520.6 kW. The center distance is 260 mm, the reduction ratio range is 1.32–2.85, the transmission capacity range is 0.1184–0.1370 kW/RPM, and the input shaft rotates in the opposite direction to the output shaft.
Advance HCG2050 marine gearbox is assembled with core components including transmission shaft, output coupling, input coupling, oil pressure gauge, oil filter, integrated hydraulic control system, built-in oil pump and heavy-duty thrust bearing assembly.
The Advance HCG2050 marine gearbox is standardly equipped with a full electric control system, with optional mechanical flexible shaft control and pneumatic control for diversified operation demands.
