The Advance 1500 Series marine gearbox consists of two main models: HCD1500 and HCD1580.
The input speed range of the Advance HCD1500 marine gearbox is 600–1900 RPM, with engine input power of 621–2280 kW. The reduction ratio range is 3.50–5.86 and transmission capacity range is 1.035–1.200 kW/RPM.The input speed range of the Advance HCD1580 marine gearbox is 600–1650 RPM, with engine input power of 627–2029.5 kW. The reduction ratio range is 3.50–5.86 and transmission capacity range is 1.045–1.230 kW/RPM.Advance 1500 Series marine gearbox is composed of transmission shaft, input flange, output flange, oil pressure gauge, oil filter, lube oil pump, control system and other important components. Advance 1500 Series marine gearbox can provide electric control and pneumatic control systems.
