Marine Gearbox
Advance marine gearbox products covering ranges from 10 kW to 10000 kW marine gearbox design development and manufacturing capabilities, which has been widely used in fishing boats, carriers, special ships and other types of vessels. All of our Advance marine gearbox can provide CCS classification certificate, some of our products can provide international classifications including BV, LR, ABS, NK , DNV-GL, RS, KR, RINA etc.

Marine Propulsion System
Advance company takes advantage of its position as the largest manufacturer of marine gearboxes and high elastics in China to manufacture and integrate marine propulsion systems, including propellers (controllable propeller/fixed pitch propeller/side thrust/full rotation), ducts, stern tubes and seals , shafting, gear box, high bomb and electro-hydraulic remote control system, etc.

Hydraulic Clutch
As the most common accessories of marine gearbox, Hydraulic Clutch adopts wet multi-plate powder metallurgy friction plate structure, which can adapt to high-speed, high-load, high-frequency clutch working conditions. According to user requirements, two control modes, machine control and electronic control, can be selected. The control system is sensitive and easy to realize remote control or automatic control.

Hydraulic Transmission

Transfer Case
As the gear industry leader, Advance also participate in the automotive industry, with large market share in transfer case products. All gears of Advance transfer case are of helical teeth, featuring in high gearing overlap coefficient, low operation noise and high reliability, realize gear shifting with pneumatic gear sleeve. Front and rear axle outputs may apply part-time 4WD, with split torsion ratio 1:1, with pneumatic front-axle sleeve engagement as optional.

Electric Propulsion System
DT series electric propulsion marine gearbox has a power range of 200kW to 4700kW and a speed ratio range of 1.5 to 6:1. It forms the main propulsion system of the ship with the propulsion motor and fixed pitch propeller, and is widely used in sightseeing cruise ships, fishing boats, passenger ships, etc. Meanwhile, SeaMac also provide full electric propulsion system for customer to choose from, which we believe will be the future trends of marine power resource.
