- Keep follow the process of production and update to customer
- Product finished, provide picture and video for customer to check
- Balance received
- Based on the actual trade terms, help to arrange the shipping
- Preparing all the customs documents for customer clearance
- Follow the shipping until the customer received the product
- Waiting the customer feedback after received goods
