Marine Engine Major Special Project Officially Launched

28 November 2022, the launch meeting of major special projects for marine engines was held in Shanghai. Tian Yulong, member of the party group and chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Yang Jincheng, deputy secretary of the party group and general manager of China Shipbuilding Group Corporation, and Sheng Jizang, member of the party group and deputy general manager, attended the meeting.

The representatives of the meeting inspected the test center of CSSC Marine Power under China Shipbuilding Group and the site of scientific research and production, listened to the special topic report, and exchanged discussions on the next development direction of marine power. The meeting announced the official start of the implementation of the major marine engine special project and clarified the management mechanism and personnel list of the organization and management body.
