Major Science and Technology Project YH350 R&D Passed Acceptance

　　On July 19, 2013, the district science and technology bureau organized relevant experts to accept the major science and technology project “YH350 hydraulic transmission research and development (2011102)” undertaken by Hangzhou Gear and agreed to pass the acceptance.

　　In order to break the international monopoly of foreign companies on the transmission device used in large road maintenance machinery, the company decided to develop YH350 hydraulic transmission for large road maintenance machinery with independent intellectual property rights.

　　From October 2010, after product design, manufacturing, assembly and bench test, the first prototype of YH350 hydraulic transmission was provided to users in July 2012, through the whole vehicle assembly and road test, the performance meets the actual use requirements, and the overall performance index is comparable to similar advanced products abroad, which is well received by users.

　　The successful development of the project will replace imports to achieve the localization of key components, breaking the technological blockade of foreign companies in this field, for the domestic construction machinery transmission field of industrial expansion and regional industrial upgrading, has great significance.
