Advance HCVG3710 marine gearbox is fitted with an integrated electric control system. It supports multiple standard engine flywheel sizes to flexibly match different brands and models of marine main engines, satisfying diversified ship power matching requirements.
All Advance HCVG3710 series marine gearboxes are available with CCS classification certificates. Additional fees are required for international classification society certifications, covering mainstream authorities including French BV, British LR, American ABS, Japanese NK, Norway DNV-GL, Russian RS, Korean KR, Italian RINA and more.
Advantages Of Advance HCVG3710 Marine Gearbox
The HCVG3710 marine gearbox adopts a heavy-duty optimized structural design, delivering exceptional long-term operational stability and reliability for large marine vessels. Its refined overall layout achieves precise, steady alignment between the gearbox and high-power supporting marine diesel engines.
Reasonable integrated dimensions with reinforced high-strength casting structure provide excellent load-bearing performance. The whole design fully takes user daily operation and simple regular maintenance as core priorities for ship operators.
Featuring top-tier heavy-load mechanical performance, the upgraded gear and shell structure effectively reduce running noise and absorb severe mechanical vibration under full-load navigation conditions.
Compatible with various large domestic and imported high-power marine main diesel engines, the unit supports horizontal, inclined and customized installation layouts to meet complex space arrangement demands of large ships. It maintains steady, efficient deceleration transmission performance and ultra-strong structural rigidity to bear heavy propeller axial thrust loads.
Supported by a team of senior heavy-duty marine gearbox technical engineers and complete worldwide after-sales service network, all conventional wear parts and replacement spare parts are stored in warehouses to guarantee quick shipment and supply.

1. The Marine gearbox has the function of reverse, clutch, deceleration and the thrust of the propeller, which is equipped with the main engine to form the Marine power unit.
2. The “transfer capacity” refers to the ratio of the engine’s rated power to the rated speed, and the reduction ratio corresponds to the transmission capacity, which should be less than the number be offered.
3. The gearbox and engine shafting are not allowed to use rigid connection, and the bracket is recommended to be installed on the same rigid support. If the engine is mounted on the elastic support, and the gearbox is installed on the rigid support, please contact the technical department of the company to select the suitable high elastic coupling.
4. The weight of the gearbox is approximation, for different reduction ratio the weight is different.
5. Due to the technical improvement of the products, the products may change without notice. For any other questions please contact our sales engineer.
