Advance HCM403 Marine Gearbox

The speed input range of the Advance HCM403 marine gearbox is 1000–2300 RPM, with engine input power from 315 kW to 724.5 kW. The center distance is 260 mm, the reduction ratio range is 1.00–2.55, the transmission capacity range is 0.315–0.332 kW/RPM, and the input shaft rotates opposite to the output shaft.
Advance HCM403 marine gearbox consists of transmission shaft, output coupling, input coupling, oil pressure gauge, oil filter, control system, oil pump and other core components.
Advance HCM403 marine gearbox is fitted with an electric control system. To satisfy matching requirements for various engine brands and models, the Advance HCM403 marine gearbox supports multiple engine flywheel sizes for flexible installation.
All Advance HCM403 series marine gearboxes are available with CCS classification certificates. Additional fees apply for certifications from international classification societies, mainly including French BV, British LR, American ABS, Japanese NK, Norway DNV-GL, Russia RS, South Korea KR, Italy RINA and other mainstream classification societies.
