Advance HCG1500 Marine Gearbox

The speed input range of the Advance HCG1500 marine gearbox is 1500–3000 RPM, with engine input power from 204.97 kW to 714.69 kW. The center distance is 182 mm, the reduction ratio range is 1.13–1.97, the transmission capacity is fixed at 0.2692 kW/RPM, and the input shaft rotates opposite to the output shaft.
The Advance HCG1500 marine gearbox consists of core assemblies including transmission shaft, output coupling, input coupling, oil pressure gauge, oil filter, hydraulic control system and built-in oil pump.
This Advance HCG1500 marine gearbox comes with a complete electric control system. To accommodate matching requirements of various mainstream engine brands and models, the HCG1500 supports multiple standard engine flywheel sizes for flexible, universal onboard installation.
All units of our Advance HCG1500 series marine gearboxes are eligible for CCS classification certificates.
