In energy fields, based on our 20000 square meters generator set factory in Jiangsu province, we are official generator set OEM packager of DCEC-Dongfeng Cummins Engine Company, with outstanding high-end silence type generator set manufacturing ability, we provide one-stop power supply and distribution system solutions for all customers.
In maritime filed, based on DCEC-Dongfeng Cummins Engine Company and CCEC-Chongqing Cummins Engine Company, we are official marine propulsion system packager of Hangzhou Advance Gearbox, which is the leading company in China for marine gearbox industry. Together with our self-developed electric marine control lever system, we provide complete propulsion system including electric control lever system, diesel engine, gearbox, main shaft, propeller. Based on our generator set packager ability, we also supplying SEAMAC marine generator set that powered by DCEC and CCEC marine auxiliary engines, with CCS, BV, ABS, Lloyd classification certificates.
In automotive applications, with DCEC automotive engine as driving power, EMAC is official exporting agent of Fast Gear, Dongfeng-Dana axle and Komman air suspension, Fast Gear is the premium Chinese transmission brand, with is the world’s largest quantity of transmission manufacturer in the past 20 years, in the year of 2011, FAST and CAT established their joint venture–Xi’an FC Intelligence Transmission Co., Ltd. Xi’an FC manufacturing CAT CX28 and CX31 AT transmission, which is a great expanding of EMAC’s automotive powertrain system products. Dongfeng Dana is the joint venture between Dongfeng Motor and Dana that producing heavy duty axles for commercial vehicles. Komman air suspension is the leading air suspension brand in China which has more than 50% market share in air suspension business section.
Based on the above engine power pack solution, EMAC also provides customize engine power pack that integrated with more components and systems, such as dual output engine power pack, ultra-low temperature engine power pack and explosion-proof standard engine power pack.
In water pump sections, EMAC is official OEM packager of DCEC-Dongfeng Cummins Engine Company, based on our manufacturing factory in Jiangsu, we gives all water pump manufacturing partner flexible options from engine power pack supply to complete water pump, from pump set trailer to complete emergency rescue vehicle.
In railways application, EMAC is official exporting agent of Shandong CRRC, Jiangxiang (Part of Wabtec Company), Nanjing KNT technology and Shenzhen Testeck, as a integration of 1-stop railways components solution provider, and working closely with our joint venture in Thailand, we are manufacturing complete powercar for modernization of State Railway of Thailand.
